Arie Moffat

Class: IQ Foil Men

After 5 years racing the 49er on the international stage, I am taking on a new challenge in a different class. 1 year ago, I started from scratch learning to sail the IQ FOiL with the objective of qualifying for the LA 2028 Olympics. This is an ambitious goal, but I love taking on big challenges and turning what seems unlikely into reality.

The next large milestone on my calendar is qualifying for the 2027 Pan American Games which takes place April 1 at the 2027 Trofeo Princesa Sofia.
