I grew up sailing out of the Royal Canadian Yacht Club, the Royal Nova Scotia Yacht Squadron, and since moving to Vancouver in 2017, the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club. Over the years, I’ve raced nationally and internationally in the Optimist, 29er, and 49erFX classes — proudly representing Canada and BC Sailing and earning top female finishes at the US and North American 29er Championships.
After placing 2nd at the 2021 CORK OCR in the 49erFX, I stepped away to pursue my Engineering degree and explore new areas of the sport — including iQFOiL and training with the 2023 America’s Cup Women’s & Youth development squad. That time gave me a broader perspective — technically, tactically, and personally — and helped deepen my foiling skills and appreciation for high-performance teamwork.
As I finish my studies, I’m back — more motivated than ever to launch my 49erFX campaign with the long-term vision of representing Canada and winning a medal at the 2032 Olympic Games. With renewed drive, technical depth, and a commitment to accessible, sustainable progress on and off the water, I’m excited to chase the podium and help push the sport forward.
