Luke and Christian started sailing together in 2017 where they found a love for racing. They joined the Nepean youth high-performance race team in 2018, and from then on they have worked their way up the ranks of Canadian Club 420 fleet, coming second at cork in 2019. COVID-19 meant Luke and Christian were forced to split up for 2020 and sail Lasers, but in 2021 they were back in the 420 winning just about every regatta in sight including the I420 and C420 Sail Canada Youth Championships. Although the team has not been officially announced, they have qualified and are planning to compete in the 2021 I420 youth worlds in Oman.
