As many of us know, there are lots of young people who are introduced to sailing and quickly demonstrate and unusual passion for the sport. This passion and the drive to pursue personal excellence that it inspires is the secret sauce for producing Olympians. It is also the secret sauce of life, producing effective leaders who can get things done, inspire the generations that follow and who can make our world a better place.
This bursary Program is aimed at providing assistance to these passionate young people in your community to help them participate in the competitive racing programs offered as part of your sailing club's Sailing School.
The funds raised can be directed toward registration fees, technical clothing like wetsuits and spray tops, regatta travel etc.
