The Canadian Intercollegiate Sailing Association (CICSA) is the governing body for intercollegiate sailing in Canada. In October of 2022, CICSA created the Canadian National Keelboat Team. The aim of the National Team revolves around the expansion and enrichment of collegiate keelboat sailing in Canada. Primarily, the team aims to foster the growth of keelboat sailing within the collegiate realm by creating more opportunities for students to engage with the sport and participate in the World University Sailing Championship every year.
